The Louisiana Small Business Development Center
The Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC Network) provides low- or no-cost guidance and training for small business owners and potential owners. Part of a statewide network supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration
(SBA), Louisiana Economic Development and the host universities, the LSBDC serves Louisiana businesses through confidential counseling, group training, and business information resources.
The mission of the LSBDC is to enhance the economic well being of the citizens of Louisiana by providing comprehensive, high-quality assistance to existing and potential small businesses. They foster the formation and growth of small businesses in order to expand and diversify the Louisiana economy. They are committed to implementing both the initiatives of the U.S. Small Business Administration and Louisiana’s master plan for economic development.
